Today I got “my meal on” thanks to my mother-in-law. I went to Gma Mac’s house to help her organize and she made a scrumpdilliumptious healthy lunch (see photo below). I got out my handy dandy stoneware pan and added onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, chicken breasts, bout a cup of chicken broth, salt, pepper, herb de provence, and Adams reserve “Kicked Up Chicken” seasoning. I put it in the over at 350 degrees and wa-la, 1 hour and 40 minutes later it’s done. Gma Mac used a whole chicken and mushrooms. I just used what I had but would have loved to have added the shrooms. Still yummy though 😉 Super healthy too.
