Chicken Noodle Soup from yesterday’s Chicken and Vegetable Oven Bake!

Man oh mighty, Gma Mac is such a fab cook.  She took yesterday’s lunch (yesterday’s post that inspired my dinner) and turned it into today’s lunch.  She went 50 + minutes out of her way (because we live in the boonies) to purchase fresh pasta noodles to make this yummalicious chicken noodle soup.  She feels very deeply that the noodles have to be fresh (you can find in refrigerated section of store) or it just isn’t the same.  She put the chicken and veggies into a large pot, added chicken broth and water, the FRESH pasta noodles, and dill.  Cook for the duration indicated on pasta package.  Great way to make a whole other meal out of leftovers.  Get really creative and make your own pasta noodles!
